Since 1986, STAT MedEvac and its Direct Air Carrier have been ready at
the call with worldwide fixed wing medical transport service. Fixed wing
services are provided by Landmark Aviation.
Together we provide quality care on every flight. The medical
transport is staffed with STAT MedEvac provided medical
professionals certified paramedics, registered nurses, or physicians.
Not only do we provide immediate care, we provide the appropriate care.
We conduct basic life support, advanced life support and critical care
transport to better serve the patient.
Our medical personnel not only meet, but exceed the
Commission on
Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS) standards. Safety
is our priority. The experienced pilots provided by Landmark Aviation are certified in a FAA approved training course, as
well as Flight Safety Training and Air Medical Operations.
STAT MedEvac and Landmark Aviation
are on call 24
hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year, in order to provide service to a patient
at any time. We are able to initiate air medical flight service within
an hour to anywhere in the world. We coordinate the transport from
bedside to bedside, so that there are no hidden costs.
We are able to transport a variety of patients including:
trauma, transplant, cardiac, balloon pump,
ventricular assist devices, medical/surgical, ventilator-dependent,
neonatal, pediatric, head injury, spinal cord injury, burn and
hyperbaric.
The fixed wing air medical aircraft
operated by Landmark Aviation are equipped with the
latest in life-saving technology and navigational equipment. The
interiors are designed for the comfort and care of the patient.
STAT MedEvac and Landmark Aviation have completed
fixed wing patient transfers from many locations throughout Africa,
Asia, North and South America, Europe,
STAT MedEvac is a member of the national multi-hospital consortium,
AmerEvac. AmerEvac includes hospital-based air medical programs from
STAT MedEvac is also a member of the Association of Air Medical Services.
