The LTV 1000 offers the latest and most powerful features in ventilators in a self-contained compact and lightweight design. Easily adaptable to each patient’s needs, the LTV 1000 features pressure control, pressure support, volume control, adjustable flow triggering, NIPPV, and apnea back-up modes. The versatility of the LTV 1000 provides functionality and maximum mobility to follow patients through transport to the hospital without an interruption in care. It has extensive patient monitoring capabilities and a comprehensive alarm package. The LTV 1000, when connected to a high pressure oxygen source, has an internal oxygen blending system for FIO2 control, but can also operate of a low pressure oxygen system. Another feature making the LTV 1000 easy to transport is the variety of power sources: external/internal batteries and AC power adapter. The LTV 1000 will allow STAT MedEvac to transport patients requiring complex ventilation modes that could not be done by STAT MedEvac’s previous transport ventilators.
